How does it work?
We go live on TikTok several times a week to open Pokémon packs for you! Simply order your packs/products via our webshop. As soon as you place an order, you will be placed in a digital queue. During the livestream, we will open your packs live and then send the cards to you.

Can I place an order if you are not live?
Yes, you can! If you place an order while we are not live, your order will be added to the queue for the next stream. Of course, you can also order Pokémon products to open at home.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders daily, provided you have selected a shipping option in our webshop.

What shipping options are available?
At iPokeshop we work together with PostNL, a reliable partner that offers fast and safe delivery. With Track & Trace you can easily follow your package.

  • PostNL registered parcel (up to 2 kg): €18.49
  • PostNL registered parcel (up to 10 kg): €29.95
  • PostNL insured up to €500 (0-23 kg): price on request

  • Upgrade from letterbox box to parcel: €2.99

  1. What if I can't watch my packs live?
    Don't worry! The livestreams are saved, so you can watch your opening moment later.
  2. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, please contact us before opening your packs. After opening, cancellation is no longer possible.
  3. What happens if my package arrives damaged?
    We pack all orders carefully. If something goes wrong, please contact us via our contact form. Add photos of the damage so we can find a solution.
  4. Can I combine multiple orders?
    Yes! We automatically combine all your orders from the same week, so you only pay shipping costs once.
  5. How do I know when my order is opened?
    Queue order is shared live. Follow our TikTok to stay up to date on the schedule.

Please note: Our rip-and-ship service does not have a right of withdrawal, as these products are opened live for you. Sealed products do have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See all details in our [right of withdrawal document].
